Humidity and moisture inside of wind turbines have resulted in mold growth on interior surfaces of the turbines. Because the presence of molds can lead to health problems including, respiratory problems, circulatory problems, immune system problems and other health issues, it is very important to clean and treat interior surfaces of the wind turbines in order to protect workers who enter these units. MPC personnel remove condensate buildup from the bottom floor and treat impacted surfaces of the turbine.
