WILLARD, Ohio - A chemical spill on the CSX train tracks on North Main Street in Willard has forced dozens out of their homes, police tell NewsChannel5. Those within a one-half mile radius of the spill are being evacuated to Willard High School.
According to the City of Willard's Twitter page , a railcar containing highly flammable liquid developed a significant hole and the liquid is pouring out of a tank. It's believed the liquid is a chemical called styrene monomer.
