An Anadarko Petroleum oil tank damaged by flood waters has released βan estimated 125 barrels or 5,250 gallons into the South Platte River,β according to the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission. The spill is spreading just outside the town of Milliken, east of Highway 25 about midway between Longmont and Loveland in heavily drilled Weld County.
