Ethanol spill contained in fatal Paulding County crash on U.S. 24

An ethanol leak, which has been contained, due to a fatal multi-vehicle crash in Paulding County on U.S. 24 near County Road 87 at milepost 9 forced the closure of both the eastbound and westbound lanes.
 
U.S. 24 is closed from the scene of the accident to one mile west of the Indiana, Ohio border, according to the Allen County Sheriff's Department. The Sheriff's Department is rerouting traffic.
