Our courses, taught by certified and experienced instructors, cover essential topics such as:

HAZWOPER per OSHA Standard 29 CFR 1910.120
MPC provides HAZWOPER training in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration standard 29 CFR 1910.120:
40-Hour HAZWOPER (5 Days)
24-Hour HAZWOPER (3 Days)
8-Hour Annual Refresher (1 Day)
Who Needs HAZWOPER Training?
HAZWOPER training is required for employees exposed to hazardous substances above permissible limits, including:
Workers at uncontrolled hazardous waste cleanup sites
Personnel at treatment, storage, and disposal facilities (TSDFs)
Emergency responders handling hazardous material releases
This training protects workers from chemical exposure, fire, explosion, toxic atmospheres, and other serious hazards.

Our 40-Hour course includes:
DOT Hazardous Materials training (per 49 CFR 172.704)
Basic Permit-Required Confined Space training (29 CFR 1910.146)
Hands-on spill response and cleanup exercises

DOT & RCRA Hazardous Materials Training
We offer a half-day course covering:
DOT Hazardous Materials Training (49 CFR 172.704)
RCRA Hazardous Waste Training (40 CFR 262.17)
DOT Hazmat Training
DOT training is required for any employee who directly affects the safe transportation of hazardous materials, including those who:
Load or unload hazardous materials
Prepare shipping papers
Mark or label containers
Operate vehicles transporting hazardous materials
This training ensures compliance with U.S. Department of Transportation regulations and safe handling practices.
RCRA Hazardous Waste Training
RCRA training is required for personnel who:
Generate hazardous waste
Label or inspect containers
Sign manifests
Serve as emergency coordinators
Training must be completed within 6 months of hire and updated annually for Large Quantity Generator (LQG) facilities.
Permit-Required Confined Space Training & Rescue
This course meets requirements under 29 CFR 1910.146.
Morning Session
Training for authorized entrants, attendants, and supervisors
Hazard identification (atmospheric, engulfment, entrapment)
Entry procedures and safety protocols
Afternoon Session
Rescue strategy development
Hands-on rescue exercises
Annual rescue requirement fulfillment
This training is required for employees working in tanks, silos, pits, manholes, or other confined spaces where hazardous atmospheres or entrapment risks exist.
OSHA 10-Hour Training – General Industry
This 1.5-day course is taught by OSHA Authorized Instructors following the official OSHA curriculum.
Designed for entry-level workers and technicians in:

Participants learn:
Hazard recognition
Workplace safety fundamentals
OSHA worker rights and employer responsibilities
This course builds a strong foundation in general industry safety compliance.
